Mardi Gras, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA

Fat Tuesday, Mardi Gras meant for. Actually, it is a movable holiday that tied to Easter.

This is the biggest, funnest and of course, most show-stopping party. There are elaborate two-and-three-story floats and costumes, marching-band beat, carnivalista's chanting, "throws - plastic, doubloons, trinkets and ticky - tack beaded necklaces" and many more.

It is more on party, party and party. The official opening day for the Carnival season is Twelfth Night of Epiphany which is January 6. That is why, lots of intense preparation New Orleanians set for the said occasion before it blows everyone's breath away.

Mardi Gras has been part of New Orleanians tradition that is celebrated until this time.
